codes and incorporate constraints, activity ties and specific milestones to produce a unified

logic diagram; track milestone and deliverables for timely inputs and outputs

Can analyze and integrate project schedules; develop custom time and resource reports;

perform progress narratives and schedule impact analysis; develop the project critical path.

Have an in-depth knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling. Resource analysis,

RISK CONTROL

Can develop and maintain risk matrix to track major risk-related elements that could impact

project plan. Incorporate what-if scenarios and identify interdependencies between all

contributing parties.

Experience in resource leveling; productivity analysis/line-of-balance. Solid knowledge of risk

management processes.

FIELD CONTROL

Coordination and integration of subcontractors’ schedules in the master plan; track and

monitor project status against baseline schedule and budget.

Performance of regular field control checks to measure true progress and identify variance

from the original plan. Adopt and implement problem-identification philosophy. Evaluate

and facilitate recovery strategies.

Sound knowledge of all phases of building (commercial/industrial) and heavy civil

construction. Design methods, constructability and management procedures.

Have an in-depth knowledge of earthworks and construction plants (excavating/material

handling, equipment and methods); excellent grasp of construction codes and general

engineering principles.

COST CONTROL

Can convert bid to project budget; track and forecast project costs through progress payment

report and cash flow projection record. Analyze using Cost/Schedule Control System Criteria

(C/SCSC) technique. Experience in performance analysis (Earned Value Management

System)

Can prepare cost studies on labor and equipment utilization; control purchase order/material

procurement process.
